Comfortable Adjustable Fit – Easily adjusts for the perfect fit with a large, easy-to-use lobster clasp. Measures approximately 4½ inches when fully extended and adjusts down to approximately 3 inches when fastened at the smallest ring. Unclasped and fully laid out flat it measures 9.5 inches.
